Practical support that makes our House a home
Every day, families staying at Ronald McDonald House Greater Western Sydney head into the kitchen looking for something simple: a quick breakfast, a snack after long hours at the hospital, or ingredients for a meal that will remind them of home.
By becoming a Pantry Pal, you will fill our pantries with more than essentials; you’ll fill them with care and relief.
Our Pantry Pals program allows families to prepare their own snacks and meals anytime, complementing our Meals from the Heart program that provides home-cooked dinners throughout the week.
For a $2,000 annual business or personal donation, your generosity will be recognised with a personalised plaque on the pantry door in our communal kitchens. It’s a meaningful way to celebrate your business, honour a loved one, or simply show families doing it tough that the community is thinking of them.
When parents and caregivers are focused on their child’s treatment, food is sometimes the last thing on their minds. Your contribution will provide:
Families tell us that our communal kitchens help them find some normalcy, both in the act of preparing meals and the food they make. As a Pantry Pal, you make these small but powerful moments possible, helping to make Ronald McDonald House Westmead truly a home away from home.

"The pantry and fridge supplies, the hot meals, and the laundry facilities made everything so much easier than if we had to stay elsewhere. Thank you so much. This is such a worthwhile charity, providing amazing practical support to people who are in the unenviable position of having a sick child."

"The donated goodies and pantry staples have been such a blessing."
