I give permission for Ronald McDonald House Greater Western Sydney, Ronald McDonald House Charities and McDonald's Australia (collectively, the RMHC Group), to use any of the following materials, of which my child is the subject, for the purposes stated in this agreement:
• Photographs
• Videos
• Letters
• Poems
• Case studies, and
• Any other written material,
(collectively, the Materials)
The RMHC Group may use these materials for the following purposes:
• For RMHC Group publicity, marketing, and merchandising products including, but not limited to, use on social media platforms, email newsletters, TV broadcast media, radio and newspaper broadsheets, and
• For use in RMHC Group publications and websites.
The RMHC Group will only use the Materials to promote the RMHC Group in the best possible way. By signing this release form, you understand and agree that, for this reason, the Materials may also be used in other RMHC Group promotional material, broadcasts, and publications, which are not explicitly stated here.
You understand and agree that the Materials may be used in years to come, even if the person being subject of the Materials is deceased.
You may withdraw your consent as provided in this agreement at any time by informing the RMHC Group in writing to the RMHC GWS Head of Fundraising and Partnerships at
